Ramon "RK" King III
Meet the man behind it all.
On May 10, 2009, as Philippine companies remained sluggish due to the global financial crisis, a 21-year-old Ramon "RK" King III started his first day in the real estate business.
RK began his real estate career with Alveo Land Corp., an Ayala Land company, as a property specialist, and within 3 days after graduating from basic training, he already made his first sale. Inspired and armed with an intense passion for success, RK then worked tirelessly to serve more clients.
Breaking records in one of the nation's leading real estate development companies
In 2011, RK was assigned to handle Alveo Land's first-ever condo project in Davao City. On the day of its official launch in Davao, Alveo Land broke all previously set records by becoming the first-ever real estate project in the company's history to sell more than PHP 1 billion in 6 hours.
RK was one of the leading sales managers who contributed to the feat of the said project.
The youngest sales director in Alveo
As a result of his business savvy and success, RK was then promoted to become the youngest sales director in Alveo Land on January 1, 2012 at the age of 24. He also became a licensed real estate broker during the same year. Likewise, with the desire to replicate and share his success with others, RK was instrumental in not just training but also turning several of his fellow agents into managers and directors in Alveo Land. Doing so was RK's way of giving back for all the blessings and graces he was able to receive and achieve.
Where is RK today?
Today, RK continues to serve his clients in Alveo Land and has since become an increasingly in-demand resource speaker about sales, leadership, and the real estate industry. In addition, RK has also been active in helping people outside Alveo Land and the real estate industry. Together with his mentors in business and finance, he has been helping educate people about financial literacy and responsibility. Recently, RK launched a YouTube channel
to further spread financial awareness and education, as he believes that the best way to give back is to help people help themselves.
Personal Life
As for his life outside his business suit, RK is an active member of the non-profit and civic organization, Junior Chamber International
(JCI) Manila. He currently serves as JCI Manila's Director for Local Organization Management.
He also leads an active lifestyle through boxing and obstacle course racing (Spartan race).
RK graduated from San Beda College in 2009 with a degree in BS International Business and Entrepreneurial Management. He also co-owns a bar in Quezon City and is a partner for a digital marketing agency. He currently resides in Quezon City, where he spends most of his free time as a doting fur dad to his two fur babies: Misty and Catriona.
